New Innovation project at Rolser.

Rolser has embarked on a new project during the 2014-2015 period with the aim of innovating the current process in place for manufacturing the company's shopping trolleys in order to increase its competitive capacity and save on manufacturing costs.

This project has been supported and financed with European funds granted through the IVACE programme of financial instruments for business innovation.

This new project aims to implement a new production management system based on the lean manufacturing model, by means of using tools which improve the company's manufacturing processes.
